It’s hard to believe they’re so entirely swamped by calls that they simply cannot answer the phone in the hour you’re left on hold. So suffice to say, the staff is just so lazy they cannot be bothered to do their job and pick up the phone. You’re a medical practice for Christ’s sake...the people who call are seeking medical attention; we aren’t trying to book a dinner reservation.
